Liz Richards has been a top-producing Global Real Estate Advisor and Broker Associate since 2004, known for her tireless work ethic, sharp instincts, and unwavering dedication to clients. A Chicago native, she moved to Boulder in 1997 and Denver in 2002, quickly becoming a true ambassador for Colorado’s lifestyle—balancing Denver’s vibrant arts, culture, and food scene with skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, and cycling in Summit County.

A graduate of the University of Arizona (Magna Cum Laude, Art History and English Literature), Liz also studied at the Sorbonne in Paris before launching her career in corporate sales with MCI and GE Access. This blend of art, architecture, and business sharpened her ability to recognize a home’s aesthetic potential, identify emerging neighborhoods, and strategically guide clients in buying and selling.

Liz has successfully sold over 60 new-build infill projects and is equally adept with historic homes, modernist architecture, investment properties, and luxury real estate. Her reputation for detail, professionalism, and superior negotiation skills has earned her a loyal network and placed her in the top 1% of real estate professionals nationwide.
